Experience the best of Kundalini Yoga including morning Sadhana (sacred morning practice) before daylight, transformative meditation and praanayam, mantra chanting, deep relaxation with Singing Bowls and Gongs, and BreathWalks. Explore within and allow your energies to flow and release emotional blockages. Balance your stress response through a revitalized glandular system, awaken your senses through Breathwalk and connect on a deeper level with your true human potential.
Kundalini Yoga retreats can be a launchpad for change, release or other forms of transformation. It is recommended to have already experienced some Kundalini Yoga prior to the retreat. This can be arranged through my online classes.

1) During the retreat, will I have free time and time to be alone ?
Yes - this is important for integration of experience. Much of the retreat will be in silence and personal space is really important. Some single rooms are available but otherwise there is lots of space to be alone during break times.
2) When do I have to make up my mind ?
Deposits are payable 6 weeks in advance therefore the rooms are booked on a first come first served basis.
The Balance is due the week before the retreat and you will receive an email requesting payment.
You will receive specific information within an appropriate timeframe.
3) I've never been on a retreat like this before, is 6 days too long ?
Based on my own experience and the feedback of participants, the 4 day version may be shorter but can be more intense. I propose 6 days as it allows more time for integration AND relaxation. All the sessions will bring about some level of transformation/elevation so I recommend that you do participate in everything. However if you decide to skip a session, that's also OK.
4) What do I have to bring ?
You will receive a packing list at least 4 weeks in advance. There are yoga mats, cushions and blankets available on site.
5) I'm a beginner, is it possible to join the retreat ?
I do not recommend total beginners to start kundalini yoga on these retreats. We will not be teaching the fundamentals of kundalini yoga at this retreat. Kundalini Yoga retreats can be a launchpad for change, release or other forms of transformation. It is recommended to have already experienced some Kundalini Yoga prior to the retreat. This will allow you to get more from your retreat experience. This can be arranged through my online classes.
