What happens at class ?

How to prepare ?


A class is 75, 90 or 120 minutes and follows the following structure:

  • Opening chant to tune in - see Mantra section
  • Breathing exercises
  • Warm-up exercises
  • Kriya : dynamic transformative yoga set
  • Relaxation
  • Meditation
  • Closure with mantra

We invite you to experience the class with bare feet. Closing your eyes during class will help you stay within and experience the class more intensely. 

 Use a blanket or shawl to cover you during meditation and relaxation.

 Feel free to leave class without speaking to maintain the vibration and energy of the class.


Registration by email kindly requested in advance for all classes.


On the day registration by SMS to 0477 615 786 and await for confirmation that there is a space available.


  • Do not eat anything heavy for 2 hours before session (fruit is a good option).
  • We recommend that you wear flexible clothing preferably in natural fabrics (cotton, linen). Layers that can be removed when warm and put back on during  relaxation and meditation. A pair of socks also is useful but should not be worn during the main practice; 
  • You can get changed in the WC or changing rooms at all  locations.
  • We aim to start on time which means you should arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time; longer if you need to get changed.
  • If it's your first time then you should come at least 10 minutes early to have an introduction to the practice;
  • Please inform me of any medical conditions (physical or mental) or if you are pregnant.

What to bring ?

  • Yoga mat and blanket if you have these but can be borrowed on-site if you don't have or it is not practical to carry them; 
  • Water to drink
  • An open mind and heart !


Energy Exchange - payment options

TRIAL CLASSES - Kundalini Yoga

It is recommended to attend two group lessons in order to integrate the basic principles of breath, focus and posture.

First trial class: 10 euro

Second trial class : 10 euro

Two trial classes within 2 weeks pre-paid: 20 euro 

Online trials plus online introduction x 2 : 15 euro




10 online classes


5 in-person yoga sessions

or a combination of both.

Valid 6 months from first session




20 online classes

and / or

10 in-person sessions

and / or

gong sessions = 2 in-person sessions (26 euro).

Valid 6 months from first session



If you have an irregular schedule or travel often then you can pay per class (drop in) = 15 euro

Online drop in: 10 euro


 Trimester payment

Pre-payment at start of trimester: 10 euro per class.

Start anytime during the trimester and pre-pay the remaining classes at a rate of 12 euro per class.

Trial lessons paid for will be deducted from the total subscription. 

Student and low income subscription : please enquire.


Add any extra class at other locations within 6 days

Personalised one to one yoga sessions

at your home or work (1 to 1,5 hours): if there is something specific that you feel needs attention in your mind, body soul balance, contact me to discuss.

Daytime within Brussels until 17h (finish time) : 95 euro for first two sessions and to establish a home practice; 

75 euro per session thereafter

Per extra person :  10 euro 

Evenings and weekends : + 15%


Individual Gong healing sessions - 60 minutes

At Brussels (Louise) location (address provided upon booking)

including breathwork and gong healing session.


75 euros daytime until 17h (finish time)

Evenings and weekends : 85 euros


Couple Gong healing sessions

A practice for couples that want to work on strengthening their union and an opportunity to take a relaxing, healing journey together.

85 euros daytime until 17h (finish time)

Evenings and weekends : 100 euros


Individuals at your home or work (1 to 1,5 hours) including breathwork, yoga and or meditation:  

Daytime within Brussels until 17h (finish time) : 95 euro;

Per extra person :  10 euro 

Evenings and weekends : + 15%
